We are looking for an experienced grill cook capable of commanding a high volume wood fired grill for our 80 seat dining room and bar. We offer dinner service from 5:00pm - 10:00pm, six nights per week, and are closed on Sunday. We offer housing at a subsidized monthly rate. We offer a weekly schedule of 50 - 60 hours per week between mid May - Mid October. Season Ending Bonus. We offer a core BOH and FOH management team that has been in place for many years and has established a positive work culture.
