The Job:
The individual will be responsible for overall sales administration support in the sales department. Executing & managing tasks supporting group, wedding/social blocks, airline and Corporate Preferred bookings. Provide personalized service to ensure sales operation requirements are handled professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner.

Requirements
Desirable:
1. Previous HMS training
2. Knowledge of Delphi / HMS
3. Front Office training
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS to include but not limited to:
Sales
1. Monthly office supply orders & manage collateral sales inventory
2. Maintain Invoices & Expenses monthly
3. Gift Certificates – As needed, create & track and log reservations
4. Answer sales mainline phone
5. Resumes & 10-Day - report pulled weekly
6. Lead Catcher – assign leads from Cvent, check POR Events email for inquiries
7. Group Sales Turnovers
8. Assist with managing Rooms- Only groups
9. Create BF Vouchers for groups as needed
10. Create & print custom Wi-Fi cards for groups & distribute as needed
11. Cross train job duties with Event Services Coordinator
12. Function as backbone support for the team
Group Rooms
1. Input group blocks into HMS/SynXis and ensure accuracy
2. Oversee weekly pickup meeting
3. Send booking link to CSM or Sales/ Catering Managers
4. Audit HMS & Delphi weekly to ensure group blocks are accurate
5. Maintain group blocks & cut-off dates
6. Input all rooming list & manage changes
7. Review resumes weekly to ensure accuracy on billing, VIP guests, staff room assignments
9. Maintain careful attention to detail, excellent communication skills both verbal and written
10. Maintain knowledge of all Hotel services/features & hours of operation.
11. Track Corporate preferred reservation
SECONDARY JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Attend designated meetings.
2. Special tasks and projects assigned.
