Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC) is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to join our care team! The successful candidate will be comfortable working with a diverse population, able to facilitate each patient’s psychosocial adjustment to dialysis, and maximize the patients' psychosocial functioning. If you are still working towards your LICSW, we offer free supervised hours.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited college.
- Valid Washington State driver’s license and insurable on PSKC automobile insurance policy.
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Working towards LICSW with a Licensed Social Worker Associate Independent Clinical (LSWAIC).
- Prior renal experience is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office software suite is required.

Location/Hours
This is a full-time hourly position and would cover PSKCs patients in our clinics in Poulsbo and Bremerton. Applicants need to be able to work any 5 days per week (Monday through Friday). Depending on patient and operational needs, staff may need to travel to other PSKC facilities on occasion.
Compensation
Hourly pay range for this position is $29.15 - $48.78 per hour. Wage offers are determined based on multiple factors including previous experience in the same or similar role
