Job Title: Print Production Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Print Production Specialist to operate and maintain our digital printing equipment and print orders. The successful candidate will be responsible for printing and finishing high-quality wide format graphics for various print applications. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, pay close attention to detail, and have experience with large format and high-volume printing technology.

Responsibilities:

• Operate digital printing equipment and finishing equipment, including high-volume printers, wide-format printer, laminators, hole punchers and cutters.
• Ensure all printing and finishing jobs are produced to high-quality standards and customer specifications.
• Monitor print quality, adjust color calibration and print settings as needed to ensure consistent quality output.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly maintain printing equipment.
• Complete job tickets and other documentation accurately and on-time.
• Coordinate with other members of the production team to meet production deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot issues with printing equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Assisting in other store-duties such as but not limited to: shipping & receiving, customer service, and retail operations. This job does include a closing schedule that invloves helping shipping and drop off customers, performing retail sales associate duties, closing registers, counting deposit and closing the store efficiently.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• 1 years of experience operating digital wide format printing equipment, including printers, laminators, and cutters.
• Knowledge of Fiery software, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and color management principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others to achieve production goals.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with printing equipment.
• Familiarity with large format printing technology and materials.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed
