We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Production & Events Coordinator to oversee the production and logistical tasks for Sunday services and the planning and execution of events for the ministry. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination of Sunday Services: Oversee the execution of Sunday services from programming and production needs to communication with team, and organizing logistics to ensure service flows smoothly. (Same applies for events
- Event Planning & Logistics: Oversee the planning of events, from concept development to execution. Coordinate logistics including venue selection, setup, vendor arrangements, budgeting, and equipment needs. (collaborative with lead pastors and project manager)
- Collaboration & Communication: Partner with various departments to align event goals, ensuring cohesive planning and execution. Serve as one of the lead points of contact for all involved teams, volunteers, and vendors to streamline communication
- Budget & Resource Management: Work within allocated budgets to procure necessary supplies and services. Track expenditures, provide budget updates, and seek cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
- On-Site Event Management: Oversee the setup, management, and teardown of events, addressing any issues in real-time to ensure a positive experience for all participants. Coordinate with venue staff and volunteer support as needed
- Post-Event Follow-Up: Coordinates debrief meetings with the Events Team and other stakeholders to assess event outcomes, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement
- Flexibility in Additional Duties: Adapt to evolving event needs and assist in other ministry activities as required
- 3 years of experience in production and/or event planning, preferably in a ministry, nonprofit, or corporate environment
- Knowledgeable in the area of event production or AV production. Familiarity with ProPresenter or a similar program is preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
