We are looking for a dynamic Partner Development Project Manager-Coordinator to oversee timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for the partner program. This role ensures that campaigns are executed smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Duties & Responsibilities : Responsibilities including but not limited to :

  • Manage campaign schedules and deadlines across multiple platforms.
  • Coordinate efforts between the Creative Content Specialist, Copywriter, and external vendors.
  • Track deliverables and budgets to ensure campaigns meet organizational goals.
  • Maintain clear communication between team members and leadership.
  • Organize meetings and provide status updates to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of Partner / Donor trends and priorities.
  • Conduct research on market trends and how to use social media for advertising.
  • Manage and improve all GPS and Partner social media accounts.
  • Use content management systems and Asana project management software.
  • Align strategies with overall business goals.
  • Develop and manage multiple simultaneous project timelines and tasks list.
  • Establish good relationships with Partners, Donors and other professionals.
  • Keep Director of Partner Development and team aware of project status on a weekly basis.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to leverage partnerships.
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners that align with business objectives.
  • Proper planning, implementation, and accountability of all projects.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve partnership processes and outcomes.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a nonprofit or marketing setting.
  • Experience with project management software ( Asana, Trello or Monday Required ).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to network and build relationships
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively to Partners or Donors
  • Excellent management, interpersonal, and teambuilding skills
