As we prepare for our next development, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our dedicated team as an Entry Level Client Support Agent. The Client Support Agent will join our team in the renewable energy solutions department, our direct point of contact for our fastest growing division.
Our Entry Level Client Support Agents act as a liaison to maintain our client’s relationship with their loyal consumers. Some of the top duties are, prioritizing our customer’s needs, create solutions to grow their marketing, process their intake orders with care, take or make any phone calls to follow up on intake orders, communicate via any company emails and leave them with an unforgettably positive impression. We ensure that our Entry Level Client Support Agents are given the right tools to succeed through our comprehensive training and daily impact sessions. As An Entry Level Client Support Agent You Will Be:
- Assisting customers in person with a friendly, approachable demeanor to improve customer satisfaction and increase customer retention
- Visiting our retail locations on a weekly basis
- Building value to our clients services by educating their customers on renewable energy and long term home options in the state of Florida
- Setting appointments
- Keeping in contact with customers over the phone or through emails to confirm appointments and follow ups
- Training with the upper management team on a daily basis to ensure knowledge of client’s promotions, products, and structure is updated and retained
- Collaborating as a team with fellow Client Support, Sales, and Leadership members to exceed client’s projected goals
Skills Preferred For Our Entry Level Client Support Agent Position:

- An exceptional student mentality and desire to enhance a customer’s experience
- Highly motivated and works well in a fast paced environment
- Ability to build a strong rapport with clients and consumers in a compassionate, empathetic, and positive manner
Basic Qualifications We Look For In An Entry Level Client Support Agent:
- Prior experience as Customer Service Representative or Client Support Representative is a bonus
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification
- US Work Authorization
- Hours of Operation for this position are 9:00am - 6:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
