Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000 - $54,000 per year
We’re on the hunt for a creative and strategic Graphic Designer to elevate our real estate and lifestyle brand through stunning visuals and impactful marketing materials.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design high-quality visuals for digital and print media
- Develop eye-catching property brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and digital ads
- Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets
- Assist in video production and editing for property tours and agent branding (experience in Adobe After Effects is a plus!)
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into design projects
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- HTML Coding (preferred)
- Copywriting skills (a bonus)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Ability to work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced industry
- Knowledge of print production and digital advertising processes
- An eye for detail and a creative mindset
