We’re partnering with a fast-growing, creatively driven PR agency with offices in New York and Miami to find a talented Account Supervisor. This agency is known for crafting standout campaigns, building authentic connections, and creating a work environment that feels more like a community than a corporation. If you’re a media-minded PR pro with strong client instincts and team leadership experience, this could be a great fit.

You Will

• Develop and execute creative PR campaigns, media strategies, and brand partnerships aligned with client goals.
• Take a proactive approach to media outreach, crafting compelling pitches and securing high-impact coverage.
• As needed, support with influencer marketing initiatives, identifying and fostering partnerships with aligned talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with press, leveraging your network and expanding media connections.
• Draft and refine press materials (e.g., press releases, pitches, bios) with a focus on clarity and impact.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to support their professional growth.Manage client communications and service through reporting, meetings, and day-to-day interactions with Account Managers and Directors.
• Oversee team workflow using Monday.com and other organizational tools, ensuring seamless project management.
• Stay ahead of media trends, industry shifts, and emerging opportunities to drive meaningful results.

Requirements

Requirements

• 3–4 years of PR marketing experience with hospitality, lifestyle, and/or consumer brands.
• A proven track record of securing coverage in national media outlets.
• Existing media and influencer relationships in the hospitality/lifestyle/travel space.
• At least 1 year of team management experience, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and lead.
• 3 professional references and 2 media references
