We are currently searching for Dental Payment Posters to work in our Reading, PA headquarters. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment.
In this position, you will be responsible for your assigned clients, usually 4-5 depending on the size of the client. As a Dental Payment Poster you will be responsible for submitting claims and attachments to insurance companies, filing appeals, collecting outstanding insurance claims, entering insurance payments, and auditing accounts for our clients. We utilize a HIPAA compliant encrypted remote access software to log in to a workstation at each clients' office enabling us to enter this information directly into their system to ensure that their info is up to date and current and always 100% correct. The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
Dental Front Desk experience is required. You must have an intermediate or higher understanding of dental insurance, reading EOBs, and CDT codes. Continuing Education is important to us so you must be willing and able to be forever learning and mastering new skills. You should have intermediate or higher experience with Eaglesoft, Dentrix or Open Dental. You must be willing to learn our way of billing and dealing with insurance and be willing to grow and learn to be successful in this position.

Starting salary range is $18-$21 per hour. We offer a Highmark Blue Shield PPO Health Insurance Plan with employer contribution, Paid Dental and Vision plans, 6 paid holidays and up to two weeks of PTO after 1 year of employment.
