What You’ll Do:
- Execute a lead generation levers weekly (Sphere, Open House, Prospecting, Internet Leads, Listing Leads, and/or Team Leads)
- Conduct two open houses weekly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations per team standards
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your clients
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, organizational trainings, and software and database management trainings
- Commit to weekly professional development through neurolinguistics and negotiation training programs

Recommended Background:
