What You’ll Do:
- Get into lead generation through fun, friendly activities (networking, open houses, and making connections wherever you go) to keep the pipeline flowing.
- Host lively open houses where potential buyers can imagine themselves in the space and feel comfortable asking you anything.
- Convert leads into appointments by building relationships and following up (because consistency is key and, hey, people need gentle reminders).
- Join team script practice sessions to keep your conversations both professional and, yes, even a little entertaining.
- Consult with buyers and sellers, bringing them guidance with a smile and confidence they can count on.
- Negotiate offers like a pro with PLACE’s negotiation training that has you ready to advocate fiercely and fairly for your clients.
- Commit to weekly training and coaching sessions (including neurolinguistics and negotiation training), so your skills stay as sharp as your wit.
