Job Description:
We seek a dynamic and creative Influencer, Social Media, and Events Assistant to join our team. This role will support our marketing strategies, assist in influencer partnerships, and help with event planning and execution. The ideal candidate is passionate about parenting, has a knack for digital marketing, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing influencer relationships and creating compelling social content. Nationwide travel to our events is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Engagement:
- Identify and reach out to potential influencers in the parenting and childcare space.
- Assist in developing relationships with influencers for collaboration on campaigns and events.
- Track and report on influencer partnerships and their outcomes.
- Marketing Support:
- Help create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Assist in managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to inquiries.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for outreach.
- Event Coordination:
- Support the planning and execution of The Prego Expo events, both virtual and in-person.
- Assist in coordinating logistics, vendor communication, and attendee engagement.
- Help with post-event analysis and feedback collection.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain organized records of influencer contracts, marketing materials, and event planning documents.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing and events teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with event planning is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Passion for parenting and knowledge of the parenting industry is preferred.
- Adobe Premier video editing is preferred.
