Position: Sales Receptionist
Location: Elmsford, NY
Hours: Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm, some Saturdays 9am-6pm

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, setting a positive tone for their dealership experience.
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Schedule appointments for test drives, service visits, and sales consultations.
Manage and maintain an organized reception area and waiting room.
Assist with administrative tasks such as processing paperwork, handling correspondence, and updating customer records.
Provide information about our vehicles, promotions, and services to customers.
Support the sales team by coordinating with other departments and handling customer inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with multi-line phone systems.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
