Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Follow up with leads to convert opportunities into sales.
- Client Consultation: Assist buyers and sellers in identifying their needs, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.

Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or broker.
- Completion of the 75-hour real estate course (ongoing enrollment accepted).
