Job Summary :
The Operations Yard Supervisor oversees daily operations, ensuring equipment availability, customer satisfaction, and business growth. This role requires strong leadership, sales expertise, and operational efficiency to maximize profitability.
We are looking for an experienced Yard Supervisor to join our Lebanon, MO team.
This position will play an integral role in solidifying our operations. We're seeking a Yard leader who loves a challenge and wants the opportunity to grow with a fast-paced company. This position lives within our Lebanon store leadership team and will report to the Branch Manager. You will work closely with department leaders, corporate staff and our customers.
Primary Responsibilities
- They must provide leadership and develop associates at all levels, drive sales and profitability, and maintain effective expense and payroll budget management.
- Ensure compliance with effective inventory management and merchandising practices and all store policies and procedures.
- Proactively assist customers in solving problems and managing customer complaints.
- Provide positive representation of the store and it's brand.
- Provide a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.
- Ensure compliance with all practices, policies and procedures necessary.
- Ensure a positive, professional and safe work environment for all associates.
- Supervise the operations of the assigned area in the store.
