We take pride in our commitment to early childhood education and are currently seeking an Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team. If you are passionate about working with 3 and 4-year-olds, have a love for teaching, and enjoy fostering a child's development, we want to hear from you. The hours needed are Friday from 9-2 and potentially a couple hours in the afternoons on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Duties
Responsibilities:
-Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities for 3 and 4-year-old children.
-Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning and exploration.
-Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
-Engage with children through play, storytelling, and various educational activities.
-Help with daily routines.
-Monitor and assess children's progress and communicate findings with the head teacher.
-Collaborate with the head teacher and other staff members to ensure a well-rounded educational experience.
Requirements
-Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus).
-Previous experience working with preschool-aged children.
-A passion for early childhood education and a strong desire to support children's growth and development.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Patience, creativity, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
-Knowledge of child development and early childhood education best practices.
-CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
-Background check and fingerprinted required
