Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, and office spaces
- Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Pressure Washing
- Assist with residential painting tasks when required
- Handle facilities maintenance tasks such as light repairs and replacements
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials
- Perform industrial cleaning duties in accordance with safety protocols
Experience
- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles
- Knowledge of floor care/pressure washing techniques
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks is a plus
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Experience as a porter or in industrial cleaning is beneficial
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
