Building Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to
join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing
routine maintenance, repairs, and improvements across our residential and
commercial properties. This role requires strong problem-solving skills,
attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while ensuring our
properties remain in excellent condition.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC,
• carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure all maintenance work meets safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when necessary for specialized repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Assist with unit turnovers, including painting and repairs.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to maintenance and safety.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification is a
• plus.
• Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
