What Youll Do

As a cornerstone of our team, youll:

• Empower and Inspire: Supervise staff while planning and leading day-to-day activities that teach essential life and social skills through engaging, participant-driven programs.
• Advocate and Coordinate: Be the vital link between individuals, their families, service coordinators, and the community, ensuring personalized and impactful services.
• Create Pathways to Success: Develop individualized progress plans by assessing challenges and strengths, unlocking each participants potential.
• Collaborate: Work alongside BCBA clinicians to integrate behavioral strategies into our programs.
• Foster Independence: Use innovative visual learning approaches and tailored plans to address behavioral needs and encourage self-reliance.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Champion Well-being: Safeguard health, safety, and dignity while nurturing independence during both in-program and community activities.
• Lead with Vision: Supervise and train program staff, conduct evaluations, and inspire a culture of excellence.
• Plan Adventures: Design dynamic weekly schedules filled with skill-building, community outings, and enriching activities.
• Be the Go-To Advocate: Manage casework, advocate for participants, and serve as a trusted liaison between agencies, families, and the community.
• Drive Progress: Implement and oversee individualized plans and behavior support strategies, write insightful progress notes, and celebrate milestones.
• Champion Diversity: Support religious and cultural preferences while promoting an inclusive, respectful environment.
