The Pride Group in Primghar is hiring for direct care staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform required checks on all members
· Assist with some daily activities including such as member cleaning and laundry, shopping, and assistance with personal hygiene.
· Provide transportation to and from members’ appointments
· Assist members with meal times and snack times
· Performing housekeeping tasks as assigned
· Proper filing of paperwork
· Completes all necessary documentation
· Spend a majority of working shift out on the floors interacting with member to assist in meeting their individual needs and goals.
TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Must have a desire to work with persons with disabilities
· Clean Criminal Background and Driving record are required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
