Compensation
Starts at $16 per hour. PHN recognizes experience, education and location when determining pay.
Position Overview
- Carefully review and update patients' clinical health records for PHN service locations by generating reports and identifying data that needs to be manually entered into the patient's flowsheet/clinical list.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate manually entry
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all patient information.
- Assist with document management projects as needed.
Location and Hours of Position
The general office hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5PM.
The position is located in Sharon, PA
Education/Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and medical documentation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Computer proficient
- Ability to learn quickly
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Team player with ability to communicate
- Scanning and indexing experience preferred
