General Description:
This position will assist in the orientation and ongoing training of new and existing clinical staff. Must be able to evaluate Clinical staffs’ ability to perform clinical skills for re-credentialing. This individual will assist in assuring clinical office policies and procedures are being followed.
Job Qualifications/ Requirements:
Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse with an active licensure in PA or/and OH required, willingness to obtain both is required.
- Two years of previous training experience preferred
- Previous clinical experience in an office or ambulatory care setting preferred
- Previous FQHC and experience with electronic medical records a plus
- Must have a valid Driver’s license and be willing to travel
Must possess the following:
o Strong clinical skills
o Effective communication and teaching/training ability
o Proficient computer and organizational skills
o Flexibility

Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
