Job Description

Position Overview :

We are seeking a full-time Family CRNP for our office located in Schuylkill County, PA to provide the full range of out-patient comprehensive medical care to patients from pediatrics through senior citizens. We are looking for an individual who believes in making a difference in their community while working alongside other passionate providers. Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited School for Nurse Practitioners.
Certified as a Registered Family Nurse Practitioner
Current PA License; and Current DEA License
Knowledge of Electronic Health Records
Ability to provide quality, comprehensive, continuity of medical care in a compassionate manner with minimum supervision.

Shenandoah Community Health Center. 624 West Centre Street Shenandoah, PA 17976

Monday : 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm

Tuesday : 10 : 00am-6 : 30pm

Wednesday : 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm

Thursday : 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm

Friday : 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm

NO WEEKENDS
