Family CRNP

Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Family CRNP for our office located in Mercer County, PA to provide the full range of out-patient comprehensive medical care to patients from pediatrics through senior citizens. We are looking for an individual who believes in making a difference in their community while working alongside other passionate providers. Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School for Nurse Practitioners.
  
• Certified as a Registered Family Nurse Practitioner
• Current PA License; and Current DEA License
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records
• Ability to provide quality, comprehensive, continuity of medical care in a compassionate manner with minimum supervision.

Hours and Location:

PHN Sheakleyville Health Center. 3339 Perry Hwy. Sheakleyville, PA 16151

This position will require some traveling to our Sandy Lake office located at 3205 S. Main St. Sandy Lake, PA 16145

The general office hours for this position are (40 hours) between:

• • Monday 8:30 am - 7:00 pm
  • Tuesday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Wednesday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
