We are seeking a full-time Family CRNP for our office located in Mifflin County, PA to provide the full range of out-patient comprehensive medical care to patients from pediatrics through senior citizens. Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited School for Nurse Practitioners.
- Certified as a Registered Family Nurse Practitioner
- Current PA License; and Current DEA License
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Records
- Ability to provide quality, comprehensive, continuity of medical care in a compassionate manner with minimum supervision.

Primary Health Network (PHN) in Lewistown, PA is a Federally Qualified Health Center that is TJC accredited. We are celebrating our 39th year of embracing excellence in healthcare. - Monday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Tuesday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Wednesday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Thursday 10:30 am - 7:00 pm
- Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
