Position Overview
This person assists in the provision of comprehensive health care as a member of a team of health care professionals. This individual functions in all areas of the office setting this includes both clinical and front desk duties.
Location and Hours of Position
Rochester Medical Center: 176 Virginia Ave, Rochester, PA 15074
- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (some evening hours required)
NO WEEKENDS
Education/Experience Requirements
Graduate of an approved school Medical Office Assistant and/or two years’ experience in a clinical setting required.

- Infection Control
- Nursing skills
- Administering Medication
- Flexibility in the workplace
- Previous venipuncture experience
- Previous injection experience
- Previous experience in calling prescriptions under a provider’s direction.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility in the workplace
- Strong clinical knowledge
- Computer proficient
