Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Setting Manager to join our team at the Ebensburg Community Health Center. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Staff Supervision: Directly manage and supervise site staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality patient care.
- Policy Implementation: Oversee staffing levels, implement new policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to established protocols.
- Regulatory Affairs: Ensure strict adherence to The Joint Commission (TJC), HIPAA, PCMH, and performance improvement policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Clinical Experience: A minimum of two years of clinical experience and a minimum of three years of experience in a medical setting is required. Experience with electronic medical records is also necessary.
- Management Experience: Prior management experience in a medical setting is highly desirable.
