What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver Sales Representative position at The Prime House Direct?
PRIME HOUSE DIRECT is a family owned m, that specializes in selling best in class beef, chicken, seafood and pork through several different programs. Our TRUCKLOAD DIVISION is the engine that drives all of our programs forward.
For that reason we are looking to grow our team with quality people to expand our truckload footprint. We are in close to 1000 cites a year promoting all thing Prime House Direct and looking to grow that number exponentially.
Our Crew leaders are the face of the company who that handles all components of a "truckload sale." Most sales event are held on Wednesdays - Saturdays from 8am -7pm. All expenses are paid for by the company. Crew leaders typically run 3-4 consecutive week on the road traveling from city to city.
Crew Leaders Responsibilities:
- Responsible for well being of company freezer truck (26 ft truck) and inventory
- Sending daily and weekly sales/inventory reports
- Making sure "truckload sale" site is properly setup
- Making sure truck has all supplies/equipment needed for event setup
- Showing up to event site on time
- Deliver great customer service
- Ability to SELL SELL SELL SELL
Crew leaders receive a base pay of $800 - $1000/week Commission
Depending on your experience and daily sales.
Crew leaders Must Have:
- Clean & Valid Driver License
- Dot Medical Exam/Card (we can help if needed)
- Customer service experience
- Sales experience
- Basic math skills
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
All Crew Leaders start as a Crew Associate and are in training for about 4 weeks
Crew Associate assists the crew leader with setting up for events and anything the crew leader may need assisting with.
Crew Associates/trainees receive a base pay $800/weekly, after a month of training you're qualified to become a crew leader and earn commission.
