Role Overview
In this position, you will be responsible for selling company devices and educating physicians, clinicians, and patients on a medical device that has been clinically proven to improve the quality of life for individuals with venous disease and lymphedema.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle consultative sales, including prospecting, scheduling and attending meetings, product demonstrations, in-services, closing, and follow-up. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other clinicians to increase awareness and educate on the product.
- Provide in-home product demonstrations to patients and assist them with questions.
- Assist Territory Sales Managers with sales strategies and execution to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Offer customer support through training and education in disease state, treatment protocols, reimbursement requirements, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years of outside sales experience.
- Preferred but not required: sales experience with in-person product demonstrations.
- Demonstrated success interacting with patients, customers, and clinicians.
What We Offer
- Base salary of $70K.
- Commission opportunity of up to $6000 per month.
- Promotion potential to Territory Sales Manager, which includes a salary increase and uncapped commissions. Top performers can earn over $250k.
