What are the responsibilities and job description for the Learning Management System Administrator position at The Prime Search Group?
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for area superusers regarding all aspects of the company’s training database.
- Support the full lifecycle of company development programs, including training matrix requirements, program delivery methods, and evaluation.
- Coach and advise onshore and offshore personnel on training, competency assurance programs, e-learning, and SkillsVX-related matters.
- Assist in the development and execution of special Training & Development projects as needed, collaborating with management to assess target groups and meet objectives within set timelines.
- Maintain open communication with Hemisphere teams to share knowledge and stay informed on current projects and initiatives.
- Ensure the Seadrill standard training matrix remains up to date and aligned with competency and training systems, verifying proper mapping of requirements within LMS
- Collaborate with various departments to provide data, reports, and guidance on training-related matters, prioritizing the use of automated reporting tools such as INSIGHT and PowerBI to minimize manual reporting.
- Address and resolve client and regulatory audit actions in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with colleagues to develop and implement enhanced workflows.
Technical Requirements
- Strong proficiency in computer applications, including Excel, Word, Power BI, Outlook, and other business communication tools.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) level expertise in learning management systems and their integration with other platforms such as Oracle, ISN, and data warehouses for Power BI.
- Familiarity with ISM and ISPS requirements, including associated audit processes.
- Deep understanding of SkillsVX or similar.
