Description
Princess Anne Country Club is currently seeking a a supervisor to join our Food and Beverage Team. This position is responsible for assisting with the management of casual dining areas to include the pool, poolside concession stand, and casual restaurant (Breakers). We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual with positive attitude that is capable of providing excellent service to all club members and guests.
Our beautiful, 105 acre property features an 18-hole golf course, driving range, 11 tennis courts, two pickleball courts, fitness center, casual restaurant, aquatics complex and full-service clubhouse that includes two dining rooms, five event spaces, lounges/locker rooms for ladies and gentlemen, Kids Club 3800 babysitting and The Reef youth lounge.
We value continuing education, cross-training and promoting from within. Our team enjoys two complimentary meals (lunch and dinner) Tuesday through Saturday and lunch on Sundays, team appreciation events, as well as two team appreciation socials each year (summer and holiday) and holiday bonuses.
Health, dental and vision insurance and 401K programs are available for full-time team members.

- Must be 21 years or older
- 3 years of experience in food and beverage service
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, tolerating temperatures above 90 degrees
- Have a flexible schedule - work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Must have the ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Must be detailed oriented, organized and have the ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
- Provides supervision of the all areas to ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness and safety.
- Maintains effective, positive relationships with the members, guests and other team members.
- Assist lifeguards in handling any situations that may occur on the pool deck.
- Helps supervise and coordinate member events, private events and pool parties.
- Performs day-to-day assignments in addition to oversight duties.
- Assists in monitoring employee productivity and provides suggestions for increased service or productivity.
- Be able to provide high quality service at all times.
- Helps maintain inventory controls, weekly food orders and end of the month inventory.
- Respond to member complaint in a timely, professional and hospitable manner.
- Fosters a positive work environment and provides ongoing training, coaching and direction to all team members.
