What are the responsibilities and job description for the E-Commerce Associate position at The Princeton University Store?
The Princeton University Store has been serving the University and local communities since 1905. The company is a member owned coop that operates two large retail stores, athletic concession operations, and an e-commerce department. Currently we are looking for a self-starter to assist in our E-commerce Department.
General Responsibilities
- Pack orders received from our website and phone
- Place special orders and create purchases orders
- Facilitate returns
- Provide exceptional customer service through chat and phone
- Open and close the e-commerce department
- Assist the store with additional tasks during slow e-commerce periods
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.99 per hour
