Job Summary: The IT Vulnerability Technician is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating security vulnerabilities within the organization's IT Endpoint infrastructure. This role involves conducting regular vulnerability assessments, coordinating with both on site and remote user workstation to address any identified vulnerabilities and implement security measures to mitigate found vulnerabilities.
Qualifications:
• 4 years of experience in an Windows IT Services End-user support or Endpoint Administrator role
• Experience in vulnerability assessment and management.
• Familiarity with security tools and technologies such as Nessus, MECM and Intune
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
