Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, will have knowledge in the printing/graphics industry and have the ability to operate digital print equipment. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Create detailed print related price quotes and invoices.
- Assist customers with layout and graphic design needs.
- Operate digital print equipment and light bindery duties.
- Maintain organized records of customer sales in our computerized system.
- Support sales opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or the print industry is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to influence customers positively.
- Comfortable using various computer systems and software applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
