Job Summary:
This hybrid position assists in the management of data collection, data entry, tracking, quality assurance, and analysis for HCA programs; supports the maintenance, troubleshooting and re-configuration of HCA programs’ client management and EHR system (Exym, Chorus, Qualtrics) activities, reporting and backend; serves as backup for EHR support and Chief Program Officer as needed.
Goals:
1. To assist in ensuring The Priority Center (TPC) HCA programs achieve qualitative and quantitative results in support of the organization’s mission and meet the desired objectives of the funder.
2. To provide adequate support to TPC’s HCA programs in the areas of data management, system development and support, quality assurance, evaluation activities, reporting, and training.
3. To support the development of new TPC programs and improvement of existing programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the compilation, reporting, and quality assurance of weekly, monthly, and annual statistics for HCA programs for internal management and for external funders.
- Ensure client Exym files and cases are managed in accordance with program best practices and program contract requirements.
- System support for HCA programs utilizing the EHR system (Exym), which includes system and backend of activities configuration and maintenance, staff training, troubleshooting, password reset, etc.
- Support site administration of the agency’s EHR system (Exym), Chorus, Qualtrics, stats for the HCA programs as well as any other database for reporting of HCA programs.
- Assist in the maintenance of and troubleshooting of EHR client database to ensure minimum down-time, to prioritize and resolve database problems in a timely fashion.
- Assist with programmatic audits for internal management and quality assurance, as well as in preparation for external audits and site reviews by funders.
- Manage detailed report-building (SQL-based) utilizing the Exym report add-on, Periscope; update reports as needed based on funder requirements and efficiency improvements.
- Manage all system service requests submitted by staff in a timely manner.
- Research and implement CalAIM compliance in Exym for crisis programs in Exym.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Management, Business, Information Technology, or other related field.
- Minimum two years’ experience related to database administration, preferably in a non-profit setting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- SQL experience strongly preferred.
- Exym and Periscope experience required.
- Excellent people, organizational, and oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent initiative and ability to engage others and work as a team.
- Knowledgeable about the mental health system of care.
- Valid California Driver’s License.
