Client Service Associate

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Investments
- Process and confirm transactions
- Prepare and organize account applications
- Develop expertise with platforms and systems utilized
- Maintain and update records of transactions via investment logs
- Update client investment summaries
Insurance
- Coordinate, process and track insurance applications through underwriting
- Update client insurance summaries; manage the insurance log
- Send periodic client reminders and updates to service client policies
Administrative & Bookkeeping
- Provide backup administrative support to Executive Assistant
- Handle personal projects for team leader and team to maximize efficiency
- Organize and record monthly expenses
- Prepare quarterly consolidated financial reports
Client Servicing
- Prepare advisor for client meetings
- Manage investment and insurance follow-up items from meetings
- Communicate effectively with high net worth clients
- Responsible for servicing and maintaining client relationships
- Proactive mindset, requiring ability to be highly organized
Product Knowledge
- Develop knowledge of current investment and insurance products
- Serve as liaison between advisor and wholesalers/strategic alliances
- Maintain current knowledge of procedural and regulatory investment requirements

- Insurance licensed
- BS in finance, accounting or economics preferred
- 2-5 years experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
