The Probst Group is looking for a Project Manager to oversee industrial wastewater engineering and construction projects. Although the Probst Group was officially formed in 2008, team members have been providing true, customized solutions focused on every client's individual needs for 30 years. Expectations for the Project Manager :
- Serve as client point of contact for all assigned projects, maintaining positive relationships and upholding the Probst reputation
- Utilize proven project management methods to manage project scope, schedule, and budget from engineering through construction and client acceptance
- Coordinate schedules and budgets with subcontractors and equipment suppliers
- Utilize time management software to track and forecast budgets and complete invoicing
- Distribute and follow-up on tasks assigned to Probst team members
- Work closely with the Project Coordinators to organize project documentation, communicate schedule priorities, and complete deliverables
- Gather client data for use in design development by engineers
- Complete bid requests and evaluate quotations for equipment and contractors
- Work with engineers and drafters / designers to provide site layouts as well as process flow and process instrumentation diagrams
- Transmit project documents to clients
- Direct purchase requisitions and review purchase orders for equipment and services
- Visit wastewater treatment facilities to foster positive client relationships, monitor progress, and ensure client acceptance
