The Construction Director plays a critical role in overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This position involves managing multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality.
This leader will be responsible for providing strategic direction to the construction team, maintaining effective relationships with other leaders throughout the firm, and developing business strategies to achieve organizational growth and profitability objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the construction team throughout the project lifecycle.
