Summary
We are looking for a GoHighLevel Specialist to join our growing team at The Prodigal Group. In this role, you'll play a key part in building, managing, and optimizing client accounts inside GoHighLevel. From automating workflows and nurturing leads to creating funnels and launching campaigns, your expertise will support our sales and marketing initiatives across the board.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage complete client workflows, pipelines, and automations in GoHighLevel.
- Create landing pages, sales funnels, and follow-up sequences that drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to build systems that support client acquisition and retention.
- Launch and monitor campaigns including email, SMS, and voicemail drops.
- Maintain CRM setups, integrations, and contact segmentation strategies.
- Set up and manage appointment calendars, form submissions, and call tracking.
- Provide training and support for internal team members using GoHighLevel.
- Continuously test and optimize automations, triggers, and campaigns for performance.
- Stay current on GoHighLevel features, marketing tools, and best practices to keep us ahead of the curve.
Requirements
- Proven experience running GoHighLevel for a business or agency (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, automation, and digital marketing strategy.
- Familiarity with landing page design, forms, triggers, tags, and lead nurturing.
- Ability to troubleshoot workflows, integrations, and campaign issues.
- Excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of advertising and client journey principles.
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or email marketing platforms is a plus.

Pay: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour
