Your Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Vision : Develop a clear vision and strategic product roadmap for internal tools that support portfolio management, focusing on scalability, user efficiency, and integration with existing systems.
- Partner Collaboration : Work closely with Portfolio, Engineering, Product, and Business leaders to ensure that the tools developed are well-aligned with their needs and the company’s strategic goals. Facilitate regular feedback loops to capture and prioritize user requirements and enhancements.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting : Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the tools and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.
- Change Management and Adoption : Lead change management efforts to promote adoption of these tools across the organization. Develop training programs and documentation to assist users in transitioning to new or updated tools.
- Team Leadership : Build and manage a team of product managers and analysts dedicated to creating and refining these critical internal products. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
