Qualified Treatment Trainee
The Production Farm, Inc is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization providing outpatient behavioral health services in Sheboygan, Brown, and Manitowoc Counties. The Production Farm is a licensed outpatient mental health clinic focused on trauma-informed care and services.
Job Type: Full- or part-time
Pay: Range: $19-21 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and mental health assessments to patients.
-Participate in supervision requirements for the QTT program.
-Collaborate with internal providers and partner organizations to manage patients or families regarding prevention, early identification, and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral concerns.
-Participate in planning and implementation of therapeutic programming.
-Provide ongoing individual, family, and/or group therapy.
-Coordinate with county mental health services for continuity of care and discharge planning.
-Complete documentation of services rendered
-Facilitate training for mental health-related issues as necessary and requested.
Job Requirements:
Master's degree in a behavioral/social science field (e. g. , Psychology, Social Work) from an accredited college or university.
Must hold in-training licensure (or in process of obtaining) as Licensed Professional Counselor-In Training (LPC-IT), Marriage and Family Therapist Training License (MFT-TL), or Advance Practice Social Work (APSW) in the state of Wisconsin.
Coursework and professional experience that indicates knowledge of mental health counseling, group and individual psychotherapy, diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders, psychological assessment techniques, and crisis intervention.
