Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Executive, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the injection molding and thermoforming industry. In this position, you will leverage your industry expertise to identify growth opportunities in key markets such as medical devices, surgical robotics, and automation technologies. Your deep understanding of market needs and industry standards will enable you to deliver tailored solutions that drive market expansion and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Embody and promote the company's values, vision, and mission.
  • Comply with the company quality policy.
  • Adhere to safety requirements at all times.
  • Follow established policies and procedures diligently.
  • Identify and research potential clients in targeted markets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling proposals.
  • Negotiate favorable contract terms while communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Oversee project teams to ensure successful contract execution.
  • Analyze customer and competitor data to identify market trends.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement processes to support overall business objectives.
  • Continuously track and identify qualified prospects to enhance the sales pipeline.
  • Manage and nurture strategic partnerships to promote business growth.
  • Report on the status of proposal components and market activities.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Work closely with the pricing department to formulate competitive rate proposals.
  • Lead the complete sales process from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales contracts for approval.

Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive sales experience.
  • Skills Required :

  • Proficient in Salesforce, including customizing reports and settings.
  • Proven track record in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with industry equipment, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to recommend win-win solutions.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, up to 50% of the time.
  • Excellent IT skills and communication proficiency.
  • Able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to guide a sales team.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry dynamics and current events.
  • Work Environment :

    This position is remote with regular travel to the company office and manufacturing floor environments as needed.

    Expected Hours of Work :

    This is a full-time salaried role, requiring work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as necessary.
