Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial, industrial, and residential spaces. This role is essential in ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for clients and employees alike.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through effective floor care techniques such as buffing and polishing.
- Conduct custodial duties to ensure all facilities are clean and well-maintained.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
- Support residential painting projects by preparing surfaces and maintaining cleanliness during the process.
- Carry out facilities maintenance tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and polishing.
- Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with residential painting processes is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
