Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, including commercial, industrial, and residential environments. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and industrial facilities, ensuring all areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing surfaces.
- Execute custodial duties such as dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing restrooms and common areas.
- Assist with residential painting projects as needed to enhance the appearance of living spaces.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any maintenance issues or hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
- Act as a porter by transporting cleaning supplies and equipment to various locations within the facility.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to cleaning schedules.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Experience in custodial services or facilities maintenance will be advantageous.
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
