JOB SUMMARY
Lead assists Manager or Supervisor with day-to-day janitorial operations. Ensures that quality control measures are in place to maintain high levels of service. Conducts inspections and maintains equipment. May be assigned General Cleaner duties. Responsible for excellent client relations. This position reports to the manager or supervisor.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Lead and direct the operations of assigned staff. This includes both regular cleaning operations and specialty operations.
- Ensures that all employees adhere to all Company rules and policies.
- Assists in building inspections and follows up on cleaners.
- Conducts regulatory and safety awareness training.
- Inform the Manager, Supervisor or DM that Corrective disciplinary action or counseling may be required.
- Promote and exhibit Company culture and values.
- Maintains daily communication within your account with cleaners to resolve issues or problems. Investigate employee incidents and accidents and report them to the supervisor or manager.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- High School Diploma/GED. Will consider experience in lieu of educational requirements.
- 1 to 2 years experience in janitorial services or other service-related field.
- Excellent organizational, customer service and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a diverse environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Basic computer experience, emails, and Word.
- Ability to multi task.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking and kneeling.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.

- This position requires open availability from 7AM-12AM Monday-Friday and open availability on Saturday 8AM-10PM. You will be required to oversee 11 locations that will cover buildings when needed. You will help coach our team and assist the management team with miscellaneous tasks. Can you commit to the work schedule and responsibilities this position requires?
