Job Summary
We are seeking a Logistics Manager, responsible for overall management. The Logistics Manager's responsibilities include organizing and overseeing the storage and distribution of products.
The goal is to manage the entire order cycle to improve business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Planning, manage logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customer services.
- Direct, optimize, and coordinate the entire package cycle.
- Collaborate and negotiate with service providers, airlines, and material suppliers.
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customer services.
- Direct, optimize, and coordinate the entire order cycle.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, lead times, transportation costs, and efficiency.
- Resolve any problems or complaints that arise.
- Supervise, advise, and train warehouse staff.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and punctuality targets.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to evaluate performance and implement improvements.
- Oversee the delivery of all reports requested by the client.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in the area of logistics.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Proven track record of success in distribution and logistics management.
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
- Mastery of office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Sheet...)
- Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Flexible schedules.
