Job Description
The Professional Group is actively seeking experienced Special Service Agent for a leading South American carrier, LATAM Airlines Group. This position will be working out of the JFK International Airport. See below for full details and come join us!
Objetive:
Provide excellent customer service to the passengers flying with the airline.
Main functions:
Optimize the processes of Preferential check in, UPG, boarding of our clients.
Presence at the arrivals, receive passengers and ensure fast delivery of their luggage
Active respond by phone to our Goss passengers and executives during the shift regarding their requests
Stay permanently well informed of the itinerary changes.
Inform the results to the LATAM executives validating waivers (Recommendation, OT)
Block seats if necessary and carry out administrative tasks related to their role during the work shift.
Supervise and follow up the special requests received from passengers, back office and management
Maintain constant communication with the different areas to be informed and involved in operational changes.
Requirements:
3 years of customer service experience.
Proficient in MS Office.
College Education desired.
Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages.
Knowledge of Sabre.
Calm while working under pressure.
