Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client needs.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
- Represent clients in litigation proceedings and negotiations.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Texas.

- Proven litigation experience with a focus on property insurance claims preferred.
