About The Role
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at our Community Supports Program, you will play a vital role in providing community-based services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and engage participants in various community-led activities that foster natural relationships and promote independence.
- Support inclusion through participation in community-integrated activities, services, and events.
- Assist in personal care as needed.
- Fulfill all training requirements and comply with agency policies and regulations.

Requirements:
- Pass a criminal background check.
